This 3 student rooms apartment is located in the city centre area right in the middle of the famous Eixample, the central district of Barcelona. All the student rooms in the apartment are singles and are enough spacious to have a double room, huge wardrobes and study areas.
Once you get into the apartment, you can notice a little hall connected to a huge and bright living and dining room where you can share your meals with the rest of the students while enjoying the natural light from the huge windows. Next to the dining room, you can find a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen, you will also find a washing machine and a small balcony with the clothesline. There is also 1 complete bathroom with a shower.
The rental price includes:
Your own furnished room and the use of all furnished & equipped common areas. 50€/month for costs of supplies: water, electricity, gas, home insurance and community expenses. Unlimited use of internet WIFI. Cleaning service of the common areas once a week. Cleaning of the sheets and towels every two weeks. Unlimited use of all appliances in the apartment like washing machine, iron, fridge, …
You will need to pay 250 € registration fee which includes:
Legal Rental Contract. Home Insurance. Personal assistance during all your stay. 24h Emergency phone. Repair and Maintenance service.
Providing guidance to get the “Empadronamiento” document (legal procedure to register in the census register of the city where you are living. Mandatory for all students living in Barcelona for 6 months or longer stays. And necessary if you need to go to the doctor for example).

Mailing service (you can send your packages to our office and we will tell you when we receive them so you can come and pick them up).

You will need to pay a deposit equal to a rental month. It will never cover a rental month. The payment of this deposit is the proof of your reservation. This deposit will be back to you at the end of your stay if there is no damage to the apartment and no rules were broken during your stay. On the day of arrival, in the event that we do not receive the 1st month rental payment, the company reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refunding the deposit.
Cancellation Policy –In case of a reservation cancellation, penalizations will be applied:
Cancellations of confirmed reservations at least one month before the date of arrival will be charged with 200 € penalization.
Cancellations of confirmed reservations during the 30 days previous to arrival, will be charged with the complete deposit (equal to a rental month).
To book a room make the booking online or do a bank transfer with the deposit to our bank account and send us the bank proof by email.
We also need by email: the form you have filled in. A copy of your passport or identity card. A copy of your letter of acceptance from your university/school or a copy of your internship contract.
After this process, the room will be booked for you and we will send you a booking receipt. After payment, we can add you to our household group on Facebook if you ask us and there you will find us in touch with you and your fellow roommates about daily stuff, our monthly events and much more!

The profile of your flatmates are open-minded males and females, citizens of the world, from 18 to 35 years old, studying or doing internships here in Barcelona.
You can have visits during the daily hours (09:00 to 22:00h). You will always be responsible for the behaviour of your visitors and the damages that they can cause.
When something is not working just send us an email as soon as you find out and our maintenance service will come to the apartment to fix it. Pets are not allowed.
There is a cleaning service of the common areas once a week included in your rental price. Anyway, you need to keep the common areas in good hygienic and order conditions. You need to collaborate with your flatmates to take out the trash, use the dishwasher, clean all the common stuff you use for cooking and eating, keep the bathroom in good conditions and keep the living room in order. You will need to take care of your room and keep it in good hygienic conditions. If you need, we have extra cleaning services, just ask us.
Yes, you can have one guest that can sleep in your room for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights always after getting our written permission by email. You also need to inform your flatmates that someone will be arriving. Extra nights will be charged at 20€/night. Having guests at the apartment without permission will result in a 100 € penalty per night.
Leaving before the ending date we have established on the contract will result in the loss of the deposit if not warned 2 months in advance.
How much do you need to pay if you arrive: Between the 1st and the 10th day of each month, you will need to pay the complete month, between the 11th or the 20th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the first month.The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price depends on the room you choose.
And if you leave: Between the 1st and the 9th day of each month, you will pay per day. The price depends on the room you choose. Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. The 20th or later, you will need to pay the complete month.
You can do the payment by bank transfer, credit card or cash. If you pay by bank transfer or similar the amount of the payment must be exact and the transfer costs must be assumed by the applicant. The transfer should indicate the name and last name of the tenant. For debit and credit card payments, there will be a commission.
The check-in will be scheduled before of your arrival by email. Sending us your arrival information will enable our team to help you move from the airport to your new home, we will be there to assist you! For that to happen, our team needs to organize all the small details to make it possible, therefore we ask you to send the details a month in advance. At that time, you will need to pay the registration fee and the first month rent.
Check outs will be scheduled one month before of your departure.
